〜たり〜たりします

An expression to mention two or three representative items from among several.

Indicates multiple actions. ( do ...and do).

• ▸ 私は夏休みにサッカーをしたり泳いだりしました。

  During the summer I played soccer and swam.

• ▸ 日曜日に私はまんがを読んだりゲームをしたりしています。

  On Sundays, I read manga and play video games.

• ▸ 友だちとよく音楽を聞いたりコンサートに行ったりします。

  With my friend, we listen to music a lot and we often go to concerts.
